Send us your PIR reference, flight number and a photo of your luggage tag.
Suitcase didn't make it onto the carousel at Fiumicino (FCO) or Ciampino (CIA)? Hand the problem to a Rome team that already speaks the language and knows the procedure. We act as your local point of contact between the airline, the airport handling agent and your hotel — so you can keep sightseeing while we keep chasing your bag. It works even if you lost your luggage at any other airport in the world: we run multilingual follow-ups, send you daily updates, and — if needed — receive the bag in Rome and ship it to you internationally with DHL, FedEx or UPS.
The process is straightforward and typically starts within minutes of you reaching out.

Our multilingual team contacts the FCO/CIA handling agent — or any other airport — and follows up daily.
When the airline locates it, our central Rome address is the delivery point — even if you've already gone home.
Collect at our Colosseum / Spagna store, we deliver to your hotel in Rome, or we ship it to you anywhere in the world.
Rome is our hub: we cover both Roman airports with any airline, and assist passengers arriving by train at Roma Termini. But the service also works if you've lost your bag in London, New York, Tokyo or anywhere else.
We act as your in-person assistant in Rome while your airline searches for your delayed or lost bag. We follow up daily with the handling company at Fiumicino or Ciampino, receive the bag at our central Rome address when it arrives, and either store it for free or deliver it to your hotel — saving you hours on hold and trips back to the airport.
Yes. Rome is our physical hub, but the service is active worldwide in two modes (which can also be combined). Remote coordination: we manage the PIR, talk to the airline and the handling agent at the airport where you lost your bag in multiple languages, and follow up daily until the bag is delivered to your address. Forwarding via Rome: if the airline can't deliver to you directly, we receive the bag at our Rome store and ship it to you with DHL, FedEx or UPS, with a tracking number and €500 insurance coverage.
Both Rome Fiumicino (FCO – Leonardo da Vinci) and Rome Ciampino (CIA – G.B. Pastine), and we work with every airline and handling agent operating there, including Aviapartner, Dnata, Aviation Services and Airport Handling. We also help passengers who lost luggage on a train arriving at Roma Termini.
Yes — and many travelers prefer this. Hotel front desks often refuse couriers outside business hours, and Airbnb hosts are not always reachable. Our two stores near the Colosseum and Piazza di Spagna are open 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., 365 days a year, so the bag is signed for as soon as it arrives.
Pricing is shown live in the booking widget at the top of this page. The base service is a flat handling fee that includes airline follow-up, receipt of the bag and up to 24 hours of free storage. Door-to-door delivery in central Rome is an optional add-on. There are no hidden charges — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Common scenario, and we handle it routinely. We can act as the delivery address, hold your bag in our insured lockers (€500 coverage per item) and forward it to your home country or your next stop using DHL, FedEx or UPS. You receive a tracking number the moment the courier picks it up.
